PICKLED SAMPALOK
1Kg hilaw na sampalok
2 tbsp rock salt
soak the sampalok in to the salt to for 20minutes.
Wash the sampalok for 6 times to remove the excess salt.
rinse and set aside.
SUGAR SYRUP
600g sugar
2 1/2 c vinegar
2tbsp rock salt
bottle 220ml
