That steering wheel in the blue pickup also came std in the later model South African citi golf("facelift" mk1 golf). Specifically named Velociti.Jamie Orr has a two tone example of the citi golf. Facelift consists of a mk2 like front fender and bigger bumpers than the original Mk1.

It’s from the VW use on cars for the rest of the world parts bin mate 😂 those steering wheels originally came on the Lupo 3L in Europe in about 2001

@@maverick4177 Agreed. VW doesn't waste parts.The last citi golfs were made in 2009. But I also heard they used the said wheel and dash from some Brazilian model.
