I actually liked the momentum of them saying Heathrow Terminals 1, 2, 3 & 5 more than Terminals 2 and 3 and 5, but oh well!

For Heathrow Terminals 2&3 and Terminal 5, I think it should say "Change for the Elizabeth Line and National Rail Services" since the Heathrow Express also goes there

Heathrow express is not part of national rail its owned by Heathrow Airport holdings that's why you can't use Travelcards on its services its private

What's the point of announcing "Change for the Elizabeth line" at Heathrow terminal 5? It'll just take you back where you were previously.

I would still rather use the Piccadilly line to get to Heathrow than the Elizabeth line 😂😂

@@yourfriendlyneighbourhoods8202 It's usually not too crowded at the Heathrow end, but the Piccadilly line can get very busy once you get to Acton or so. At rush hour, those trains will be jam packed!

Its the same announcer. Julie Berry announces on GTR (Great Northern, Thameslink, Gatwick Express & Southern), Southeastern, London North-western Railway, c2c, Chiltern, Greater Anglia, Merseyrail and many more 😂

I don’t know, they merged Terminal 2 into the former Terminal 1 area.

Am I the only one who prefers these announcements rather than the old one?

It should say ‘This is a picadilly line service to HT4’ instead of ‘This is a picadilly line service to HT4 and 2 and 3

It closed years ago and has now been partially demolished. A future "phase 2" expansion of Terminal 2 was planned to occupy the space of the main Terminal 1 building, but that's now unlikely to happen before the 2030s.

@@S1lverArr0w there’d be a lot of practical problems with that. Huge amount of signage, systems, software, timetables, etc to update. Massive confusion and frustration during the transition. People going to the the wrong terminal and missing their flights, etc. Just not worth the effort!

@@ce_1upp It already is! Unless you’re on one of the Piccadilly line trains that goes to Terminal 4 first, then 2/3.

Nprthern the train that never meets overground Piccadilly u follow district and like district aswell Circle u hate the h and c Hammersmith and city ur useless District hates h and c loves piccadilly and circle loves musuems Bakerloo ur 345 years old and dont like tram and dlr Overground hates northern loves bakerloo doesent like central london Elizabeth ur the queen Victoria u like fast speed underground trains and short and usefull journeys and busy journeys and like trains coming per minute Metropolitan u dont go central but a lil bit and like the m25 and u like class 801 Jubilee u like saying different words in djdfferent accents and like london city aueport anf like different trains Waterloo and city u go to work and hate central Central u dony like meeting with trains that much u like going weatfueld and shopping and body odors Tram u hate west london Dlr u love a train that doesent stop at all branches together and love the docklands and 2/3 carriage trains Witch one are u im the district
