Fantastic work. Sorry if my question is addresses in some of the non English comments. Is there a rule about positioning features (key ways or bolt circles) on an indexed feature ( gear, sprocket). To clock the features for timing? And how would that work for a skewed gear like this?

At 2:31 do you have a known value you compensate for the indicator sag to find center or is the mm it is off not that important?

I am guessing it didn't have a tight positional tolerance. If so he would have had a vertical bar arrangement instead of a near horizontal one. At least that's how I used to do it before moving off the shop floor.

En esta ocasión se utilizó un macho con recubrimiento de titanio ,pero igualmente se usan los machos vaporizados para el mismo cometido. Un saludo.

Depende que medida de tornillo vas a utilizar, barrenas el diámetro y usas el machuelo para hacer cuerda

Как ее обкатывать нежесткой стойкой вот так? Верх-низ могут смещены на десятку быть с такими трубками.

Los prismas en su interior tienen 90° y cada una de sus caras en relación a la base es de 45°. Se han construido en el propio taller y son herramientss muy utiles para sujetar piezas circulares. Gracias y un saludo desde España Jesús.

Es un macho de máquina para agujeros ciegos y va acoplado a un roscador automatico diseñado para fresadoras CNC aunque como se puede ver en el video también se puede utilizar en máquinas convencionales.

That has to weigh at least ~ 2000 Kg. Impressive workholding in terms simply of the weight of the piece :-) !!

En este trabajo se utilizaron machos de M-22 especiales para agujeros ciegos que extraen la viruta hacia el exterior.

Alguna marca en especial? Pues también realizo roscado pero solo atino a hacerle la entrada más no su totalidad, algún consejo para roscarlo de esa manera, gracias

Desconozco la marca pero son machos de máquina corrientes. Generalmente hay que taladrar el agujero al diámetro correcto que requiere el macho y hacerle un chaflán para facilitar el inicio.Si además esta en buenas condiciones de corte y le añadimos aceite adecuado para roscar no deberias tener ninguna dificultad para realizar esta operación.

O no se grabó, o se omitió del vídeo, pero sólo veo que el reloj comparador se usara para la circunferencia del eje. No habría también que usarlo a lo largo del mismo (o por lo menos a lo largo de la cara que se va a taladrar y roscar, para asegurar que queda perpendicular al mandril de la máquina?

Los prismas sobre los que se asienta el piñon van encajados en las ranuras de la mesa y estas a su vez están perfectamente alineadas con las caras exteriores y con el eje de la caña. Con estos útiles tan practicos no es necesario centrar el eje en su extensión, solamente centrar con el reloj en su circunferencia para buscar el centro desde el que partir.

In the Android phone Playstore there are a variety of trigonometry applications to calculate coordinates. They are easy to use and very practical for this purpose.

Knowing my luck if I tried a job like that I'd put the holes in the wrong end or put in seven or some damn thing. That part is only worth, what, $200000? No biggie.

Probably not that much but still way more then you'd like to pay out of your own pocket haha. Last Monday I had 4 titanium products each worth €10000 that had to be reworked but this time the CNC gods decided I was worthy haha
