It's an excellent point about charging Pro Se clients.. every other business calls that retail pricing versus the prices charged to Industry professionals which would be wholesale

Road Warrior is an awesome app if you need to plan a route. All of my active process serving files are saved as a list entitled "Serves" on my Google Maps page. I have other lists for investigative, repo, security, and courier work.

In Arizona I walk right past the no trespassing signs in normal residential communities. Approaching a home via a paved driveway which is connected to a city sidewalk and knocking on the front door rarely constitutes trespassing despite the presence of a sign. In cases where it has been held as trespassing additional misbehavior was required. So far the police officers I have encountered have all agreed with this assessment of the law and case histories. I do not ever open or circumvent a locked or closed gate or door.

Social distancing really doesn't require us to do anything more than we should have been doing for personal safety anyway. I carry a mask but I often don't wear it because I am a stranger carrying a weapon and flashing an ID and giving instructions to people who might be short-tempered and volatile. It is best that they be able to see the cheerful expression on my face and benefit from the calming demeanor that I have cultivated with time and experience. My drop serves have become a whole lot more polite and are utilized much more frequently in the current environment

It's easy to assess the value of your time. If you have too much time you need to charge less. If you are so busy you do not have a life then you need to charge more.
