Relieve low back pain | Lower back pain exercise | get back pain releif by exercises at home, These back pain stretches and exercises are for general back pain like soreness from overworking your back or if you've pulled a muscle.
Repetitions: 10 each.
VIDEO IS MADE AS A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE WHICH INCLUDES ONLY BASIC EXERCISES FOR LOW BACK PAIN, IN GERIATRIC AND MIDDLE-AGED POPULATION HAVING MINOR LOW BACK PAIN IN DAILY LIFE ACTIVITIES.
1)ANKLE PUMPING
Procedure: Lying down on your back, or sitting in a chair, pull your toes up toward your head, then point your toes down.
2) STRAIGHT LEG RAISE
First, lie on your back. Leave one leg straight, and bend the other leg at the knee.
Next, lift the straight leg slowly up about six inches from the ground and briefly hold it in this position.
Finally, slowly lower the leg.
Repeat 10 times with the left leg, then switch to the right leg.
2)TRUNK ROTATION
The supine trunk-rotation stretch is a good releasing exercise to help improve your ability to complete a stress-free backswing and follow-through in golf. If you have limitations in your spine rotation flexibility (in one or both directions), this exercise can help you gain flexibility in the proper region of your spine and enable a better turn.
3)TRUNK ROTATION

4)BRIDGING
The basic bridge isolates and strengthens your gluteus (butt) muscles and hamstrings (back of the thigh). When done correctly, the move can also enhance core stability by targeting your abdominal muscles and the muscles of the lower back and hip.
