Correct. The shoulder extensors - lats, teres major, posterior deltoid, long head of triceps.

Static and Dynamics Statics like the progressions of Front Lever, band assisted,Hollow body Hold. Dynamics like L-Sit Pull ups, L-Sit Rows, Front Lever negatives, Front Lever Pulls, Front Lever Pull ups (Depending on progression) , Dragon Flags, etc. Dont overcomplicate it, there are so much exercises, but your body adapts to your training at the end of the day
