getting to absolute zero is possible with a single prayer. anything is possible for him who believes -Jesus. also would love to hear your response to this as well as what you think about teleportation which is also a very real reality already. I'll explain if you respond.

This is meant for you Acts 10: 34-43 - Preaching to Cornelius - Then Peter opened his mouth and said, "Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons. But in every nation, he that feareth him and worketh righteousness is accepted with him. The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ (he is Lord of all). That word, I say ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached. How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power. Who went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil. For God was with him. And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews and in Jerusalem, whom they slew and hanged on a tree. Him God raised up the third day and shewed him openly, not to all the people, but unto witnesses chosen before of God, even to us, who did each and drink with him after he rose from the dead. And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the judge of quick and dead. To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name, whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.

Recommenting my post here. Since you seem to be interested in the calculation: To heat 1 cup (approximately 236.6 milliliters) of water using a 500 kW oxygen iodine laser… First we must assume there are no losses, the losses would be minimal in that short of distance over that short of time so that is a safe assumption. specific heat capacity of water is approximately 4.186 joules per gram per degree Celsius (J/g°C) 236.6 milliliters of water~>convert it to grams. The density of water is ~1 gram per milliliter, so 236.6 milliliters water =236.6 grams Assuming room temp is around 20°C and we're heating to boil at 100°C that means an 80° temp increase Energy = mass of water*specific heat capacity*temperature increase Energy = 236.6 g *4.186 J/g°C *80°C ≈ 79,411.84 joules The laser is 500,000W In this case Energy = power*time so rearranging time=energy/power Time = 79,411.84 joules / 500,000 watts ≈ 0.159 seconds

lol right??? I've been fascinated by quantum mechanics since I watched "The Cube 2" (I know, weird thing to get me going, but when they talked about tesseracts and whatnot I was hooked), but I'm too dumb for it. Actually, I don't really think I'm dumb, I think I can be average or even slightly over average intelligent at times, but only when I'm stimulated enough, and while theoretical physics IS super stimulating and interesting, in order to understand even the bases of it, I'd have to learn so many other boring things, I know because I spent a lot of time on wikipedia trying to just get a rudimentary grasp of it, just enough to have a vague idea of what they're talking about, but just like history lessons in school, or his explanations in the video here, I keep re-reading/listening the same sentence over and over and II keep finding that I cannot manage to get to the end of it without getting distracted, and not understanding anything at all. Oh how I wish I could understand physics, it seems so interesting...😪

In Greece one would never mistake astrology for astronomy! "logos" means "speach" and "nomos" means "law". Put that together with "astro", which means "star", and the meaning of the words is this: Astro-logy: Talking about the stars, making a hypothetical conversation. Astro-nomy: The LAW of the stars, the rules by which the universe exists, moves, expands e.t.c.

I really like how you humbly explain your stuff.
I started payin attention in my physics class and THIS GUY GETS RECOMMENDED TO ME OUT OF FCKIN NOWHERE
0:09 This is exactly what we wear when we have Zoom meeting during this time
Also, the reason it can’t get that cold is because matter is vibrating at a certain speed, directly related to heat. Hottest are plasma, with lots of energy and coldest are solids, with very little vibration. The more you cool a substance, the slower it vibrates, but you can’t actually stop it from vibrating. Therefore to get to absolute zero Kelvin, you would need to stop it from vibrating entirely witch is impossible. (And yes, I know I don’t put “degrees” before Kelvin because it is considered uncouth by the broader scientific community to do so)
6:04 so absolute zero is possible? i thought it wasnt 6:22 nvm
I think a reaction to Ant-man and the wasp would be pretty good. Especially considering Paul Rudd's quips to physicist characters.
