Physical Therapy - Raging River's Most Difficult Trail!
Ойын-сауық
Today we're putting my body and bike through some Physical Therapy! This black trail is the roughest at the Raging River Trail system at Exit 27 and has an alternate double black route. We do a full pull of Physical Therapy Upper, Middle, and Lower. Thanks for watching!

Super fun! The double black section looks a little better without snow! We have to ride this one together sometime as well as CCDH!

Super fun video! We are headed to tiger/raging river in the next week or so. I need redemption on No Service, and now I gotta add this to the list!

Nice! Did you do the double black section or Dr. Phils? It's a rough trail, but I hope you enjoyed it!

@@MTBCoop i did Dr Phil’s but plan to give the double black section a go next run.
Nice! If you enjoy that kind of trail you would really like coming up to Vancouver and riding some of the stuff here. It’s pretty much all we have lol.

Can confirm. I ventured up to Mt Fromme last year and it was super fun. Inly had enough time for one big climb to the top for Pile of Rocks, Expresso, and Bermsled. Similar in a way to trails around Raging and Tiger but quite a bit different. Way more rocks. By the time i got to all the rock work on Baden Powell, i was pretty gassed and walked most of them near the bobsled end.

I need to get up to BC this year...... I have yet to ride in BC which is a shame! Where do you recommend? Fromme or Seymour?

@@MTBCoop If you did a daytrip I would say Fromme. Seymour you can shuttle though, depends on what you like.
I havent taken a shot at the double black portion in years. Once Dr Phils was put in ive only gone that way. Definitely need to take a shot at it this year. Looks just as gnarly as before, but also looks like theres a couple b-lines to work up the confidence. My fave part on that trail is that steep section starting at 2:43. Once you drop in, you are committed for a bit. The trail drops and winds nicely. Also, is this more difficult than Invictus? Ive never ridden invictus, but i walked up part of it from the bottom and decided it wasnt for me

Dr. Phil's is definitely a great way to go! I'd say if you can handle the chute at 2:43 you can handle the double black section no problem, especially with the option routes you can take. Let me know if you want to get out there and ride sometime. I personally think PT is more difficult than Invictus! The rock roll on People's Elbow is scary though......
Not the hardest trail at raging, invictus and people’s elbow on the back side of the mountain are by far the gnarliest trails on the mtn. Not to mention by the time you get there you have already climbed 10+ miles
Isn't Invictus part of RR? This is tougher than that?

This is a tough one! I think they both are properly gnarly! Good reminder to ride Invictus this spring!
