Hello sir. Can people doing running and physical workout like training in police force use it for muscle relaxation. Not to cure any muscle injury or problem but for the relaxation of the muscle specialy calf and thie muscle, foot heel area etc.

It depends on your needs, If you are looking to target small & large muscle groups and portable options then the gun is good to go. But, if you are looking for relaxation on the full body mainly the back of the body, and you don't have much time to use a massage gun and stay at home then a full body massager is a good choice for you.
