I just realized how useful your facial expressions and tone are to conveying the meanings of these phrases. It's awesome!

Thanks! I think it's one of the reasons why my in-person students always commented that attending my class felt more like going to the theater!
I was feeling myself really behind in English but thanks to your videos, I've finally caught you up. 😅

Small correction: I've finally caught up. Don't put the "you" in there. With the "you" it means that the person you are speaking to was behind and now isn't anymore.
I think I need catch up with you for a long time 😊
I haven't seen all of your videos,I need to catch up.
Enjoyed the summary at the end. Way to go!
Each time you come up with a new video I can't help contextualising it to my job😁In the end of the school year, we're lagging behind the program, so we have to buckle down to catch up on it😁 Gosh! I seem to be overusing phrasals, don't I?🤔😉 Thanks for you efforts!
Thank you.

You could say, "I"m going to catch up to you. Go on." That would be telling me that while you are behind now, I shouldn't wait, but should continue while you work to get to the same spot I'm in/at.
