Some people might think that this is just "another" English teaching channel. This is one of the greatest channels I've discovered on KZread that addresses many nuances that you never find anywhere else.

Thank you for your time and invaluable lessons. I’ve lived in America for over thirty years now, and even though I speak, understand, read, and write English, I have been reading learning subtle nuances of the language I never thought before. I am now becoming more conscious of my grammar and pronunciation when communicating with others, either in writing or verbally.
Excellent way of teaching English.
Best teacher i have ever seen
You are one of many reasons why I decided to study English and American studies here at the university of Vienna! Thank you ma’am!

Lisa is a very experienced English lecturer, she knows what students need. Thank you Lisa.
Thanks Lisa, Your way of teaching is very different from other KZreadRS. I carefully observed that your spoken words and speaking speed are super suitable for learners. This may be one of your specialties. I believe when teaching, the choice of English words must be be different from the everyday use of native speakers. You did a great job, thank you again.
Thanks dear Lisa for this video god bless you ❤❤

Wow! Amazing video. I’m going to save it to watch it on and on. Phrasal verbs can be very confusing! Imagine to respond to an email from your boss “I’ll get back with you soon” instead “I’ll get back to you soon” 😅
Honestly, You're the best in the world ❤❤❤ greetings from Egypt
You're amazing!!! Your explanations are really clear. I think this is one of the most important verbs of English language.
Hi Lisa, french is my mother tongue, I will never have your accent...I'll keep trying. Thanks for the precious lessons.
Liza eres espectacular, simply the best teacher ever.
ma'mm..you're every updated lessons at this gifted
Thank you, lovely Lisa, for necessary phrasal verb knowledge! So many nuances... These are absent in "Mastering The American Accent". Though the book have brought me a lot of new words, I would be happy to have your "Vocabulary Volume"!🙂 The recent situation that I have to get it over was to rid of bad envy woman cheated me and spoiled my life. I went through the hump in November 2022. This week I have done last actions to solve problems she made. Thanks to good people! Such of them, I suppose, is Bob The Canadian which advises to keep writing comments to train appropriate skill. I like his soothing manner and nature's sights. Good luck!🌹
Lisa, you are the best English teacher ever.Thank you soooo much for your lessons.
Rainy days and Mondays always get me down ! 🎶 🙌🏻
This video was an absolute must! Bravo!
This is probably one of your best videos simply because it helps a lot of people who don't have a large vocabulary to use the English language quite effectively. It makes a lot of difference by learning to use the word get since this word is used so commonly in everyday conversation Great 👍👍
I’ve again learned something new! Thank you, Teacher Lisa! BTW, I’ve once learned that there are reasons behind when to use “get in” and “get on!” Get in: for vehicles on which people cannot stand While Get on: for vehicles where people CAN stand!❤️❤️
God bless you forever miss Liss

Incredible stuff! I listened more than 5 times!
so happy to see u again thx for what u do
The quote "Rainy days and Mondays always get me down" come from a band composed by siblings singers from the seventies, The Carpenters. This band recorded dozens of great songs, ideal from listening practice due to its particular pace and rhythm. By the way, I also know a romantic song with to get, that was obviously not mentioned here, to get it on, a song from Marvin Gaye "Let's get it on" which actually has a very romantic meaning.
You're an amazing teacher....thank you so much.
Thank you for quoting Karen Carpenter! I thought about that song as soon as I heard you say „get down”. This was an excellent episode!
