I will often mute videos and sometimes even use closed captions so I can read instead of listening to talking ones.

Brilliant re cycle and reuse something that would be thrown away . The rice sack .. The example can be customised for all needs . Super helpful and simple . Re music .. I always turn my volume down if don’t like it so have no issues .. The speed you went at was in my opinion spot on any slower would have made it boring .. There was a time when all things got re used in some way . Those huge supermarket bags that get collected and don’t get reused.. I now have a purpose for them .!!! Thank you very much for sharing your idea .
