Do we need to know about cyclic photo phosphorylation and non-cyclic photo phosphorylation as part of the aqa specification for a level biology?

If the light dependent reaction also contains an enzyme (ATP synthase), wouldn't this stage also be temperature sensitive? (I may have missed something I'm not sure)

yes it is, at really high temps atp synthase denatures so rate of photosynthesis goes down
