Is this aqa
Anyone who says this makes sense clearly didn't understand what was being taught or the lack of it . We are trying to isolate a particular gene and excluding the missing fact that the mRna needs to be removed from the cdna before dna polyermerase can be used the reform the required gene. There seems to be absolutely zero explination on how he endonucleause is isolating the required gene . We're in a first world country and the teaching seems soo poor came here to since the Oxford textbook is horrid but my understanding hasn't changed after watching this
5 Times révision
this is genuinely the worst topic in this subject, but you've made it easy! so nervous for paper 2 tho
does miss estruch like bts? :))
lets be honest Miss Estruch is better than any of our teachers
Ooo
Loving the BTS music lol
Revision for next week yay
Looks nice with the mRNA and tRNA, though i wonder, isn’t there usually a ribosome involved?
Yes. 2 codons of mRNA on one ribosome at a time
I study 10-12 hours everyday since April but I feel very inefficient :(
Thanks for the video!!Could i ask a question about paper 1,how much marks would you loose for not explaining why the solution was ice cold buffered and isontonic for the 6 marker..? Would it be 1 mark for each point or 1 mark for all 3?
14th June people... Good luck...
haha already on to the next paper!
Thank goodness my teachers told me this tip. That’s the first thing I ended up doing when opening the paper.
Love these videos so much ❤❤
Glad you like them!
Ms Estruch, will u be uploading a video similar to this for paper 2

Not for AQA

Ma’am when will you upload A2 STUFF? Caie

That's what I keep seeing online

If the light dependent reaction also contains an enzyme (ATP synthase), wouldn't this stage also be temperature sensitive? (I may have missed something I'm not sure)

Why would we separate the dna by size if we can just add an alkali and proceed ?
I was watching this video last night As well as your mitotic index video and I just wanted to say a massive thank you ! I would not have been able to answer some of the exam questions that came up today without them ( and all your other wonderfully helpful videos too! )
Deadass the goat of A Level Biology
for the responses to internal and external environment would you be able to talk about how at night time the stomata close to reduce water loss as photosynthesis is not occurring?
Honestly a life saver. An uncertainty question came up in the Aqa alevel paper 1 today and it was exactly like what you taught in the video. Thank you for the free 2 marks😊
wooo I'm so pleased
Paper 1 was the best thing ive ever written
There was a question about uncertainty in paper 1 it goes like: A ruler with 1 mm as smallest graduation mark is used to measure something, and then it says what would be the percentage uncertainty to measure a 4mm reading. Something like that, I got like 25 percent as my answer. Does anyone get the same answer?
i got same
Let’s go brotha😊
i got that as well
This helped me in today's paper!! THANK GOD I WATCHED THIS AT 11AM
You needed to use the idea of the two judgements in using a ruler!!
@@beecheffects4694 ong. I had a grin in my face when that question came up. It’s like the stars were aligned for me not just for that question but honestly for the whole paper. Would you say the paper was unusually easy?
this litterally just saved my life in bio paper 1 today!!! thank you smmm
ahh was there about uncertainty question??
