Good point to zoom out and look at your modifications ‘from a distance’ as you progress. Avoids ‘over doctoring’ images. And, also best to file your completed work and review it again with fresh eyes (and mind) the following day. It’s remarkable how that process can help you.

I Love this lesson! I have 4 tablets and have not used them other than additional monitors. This great example gives my workflow with Photoshop New Life! Great Video.

That was a great tutorial. I like how pressure used with the pen gives a nice gradual change in value.

Always something to learn! I've been using the same Wacom tablet, but never noticed how convenient the touch ring functions might be. Thanks again and again for making me a better and more efficient editor.

Fantastic Colin, I`ve learnt so much there about using my Wacom tablet just in 10 minutes. I`d love to see you do some more of this type of video, maybe showing how you`d re-touch a portrait for instance using your Wacom Intuos Pro and maybe more on landscapes as well. I really really enjoyeed this video, thank you Colin

Great idea and work flow. I have a question though. Is the Wacom One really that good? I have been thinking about buying one but saw quite a few of bad reviews all with the same consistent problem, usually stops working after a few months.
