Photographing White Tailed Sea Eagles on the Isle of Mull | Sony A7IV & 200 - 600mm Lens
Today we visited Ulva Ferry on the Isle of Mull and took a trip with Mull Charters to see the White Tailed Sea Eagles.
We opted for the Photo 6 tour, which is limited to 6 photographers, this allows a lot more room to move around and fine tune your positioning for when the Eagles catch the fish.
Due to the amount of Eagles visiting, I didn't manage to get as much video of them as I hoped so decided to focus on the stills this trip.

That was a great afternoon! Lots of great shots and I'd highly recommended that photo boat booking!! Wooo!!... But a bit pissed off they didn't eat out my hand!!!

It's a fantastic experience isn't it! The Eagles come so close to the boat and it's just amazing! I'm heading back to Mull in November but I don't think the boat runs then, so will just be looking for all the other nature

Shame there was no video of the eagles actually catching the fish, only heavily cropped photos. Maybe next time less of your chatter and some video please.

I was focused on the photography side of things on this trip, and should we of had more visits from the Eagles I would of gathered more footage. The images were not actually cropped that much as the Eagles come very close. In some cases I was only shooting at 200mm.
