Still upset about the broken RED, but honestly we have just been filming all our gigs with that Go-Pro you gave us and it is really working out! We just tape the Go-Pro onto the front of the RED and clients are none the wiser.

Gavin, ever I discovered your channel, I have been chewing through your videos. Thank you for putting so much work into them to make them an absolute joy to watch. They are all fun, inspirational and simply outstanding.

Oh dear, most amusing. One of my favourites yet, and I'm absolutely loving going through your back catalogue. So much gold. Love your photos too, particularly the one bathed in light in this video.

Seriously, folks, you think fototripper isn't Amanda's channel? You think people watch this channel to see a bunch of photodudes doing fart skits and suchlike silliness? Amanda may not get the most screen time, but only a fool watches for any other reason. (We're all fantasizing about how we would surrender to her lovely charming sweet stalking.) Hamgristle is a good foil for Amanda, but that's as far as his usefulness goes.

Just spent the last three days in Newport and didn’t even get the camera out of the bag. Not a cloud in the sky, flat ocean and no drama to be had. And it was awesome. Bloody marvelous to see the sun again. You guys had the perfect storm down there and Nick was right. Usually chucking buckets of rain when the huge waves show up so I don’t blame you for geeking out. Didn’t make it to the end, but very entertaining Gav, your enthusiasm for crashing waves is infectious, and results were stunning. There is a certain thrill seeking aspect to shooting fast frame rates in landscape, not often called upon. It made me want to get my ass out of bed and take pics of the Moeraki boulders tomorrow.

Brilliant again with the funny stuff. It is all getting so layered now too. Lol They are the funniest vids on the internet for me. The location with the waves looked amazing, and I can understand the excitement. Something to consider is a wireless remote for situations like that, when trying to also video. I used to set my camera up when taking group to takes pics of fireworks on Bonfire Night, and while helping the people in the group takes their pics, would also be taking my own pics too using the remote. No need for me to miss out too. ;-)

There was someone on the rocks in you your photo. I couldn’t believe it. Also, I kept trying to clean a spot off my iPad and realised it was on your lens. You were like a kid in a Cadbury’s factory, in the Twirl dept. Epic shots Gavin. This is just what we have had back in Blighty the last 2 weekends as we were battered by 2 huge storms. I’m like you, I have a bladder like a field mouse.

I've spent a lot of time on the Oregon Coast but never with those high wave conditions. Some of those images are truly spectacular.. I'll bet Adam was wishing he had been there.
