Didn't just cover, they went note for (damned) note! Expected to see Derek and Warren duking it out.
LLB, Lenoid and Friends and HSCC Really bring it back!

Not sure they exist anymore.....but Free Radicals are in the same league.
My hometown people, they’ve got a big catalog of cover tunes and everyone great! Been following them for about 6-7 years now, a lot of talented people in this band!
Great performance 👏🏻👏🏻 every time I hear this song it takes me back to when I was stationed on Okinawa, this Pink Floyd and the Cars stand out ! Thanks again for sharing !
Jeff, I have to say that I've come to a realization regarding your reactions. Amazing as these cover artist/bands are, I find I seek out your channel almost more for the stank face, head banging, finger plucking, S**t eating grin on your face when you become that teenager listening to "that" sound for the first time again! Love it man and love you - keep it up!

Hahaha, so glad you get me! 😄🫶
Been following LLB for several years. Should you like to see more of what they're about, watch them recreate Boston's Foreplay/Longtime. Note for note...it's an experience!!
MORE COWBELL!
Great cover, although I'm not sure about the second chord of the opening riff, still a banging rendition! Saw them in Montreal and had a blast, so many great songs.
I love it when you react to a LLB cover and I'm wearing my LLB shirt.

Hahaha 👏👍
Great review. 👍Last name is Doss like Ross🤣 This is one of the first tunes I heard from them. I will put another request in soon for Jessica McKenny singing lead. She has pipes.

Hahaha thanks for next time I’ll know how to pronounce it!
The bass that Randy used was on loan and previously owned by Mutt Lange.

When I was still playing in a "band", we too always practiced in a circular firing squad arrangement.
About time to get back to The Warning! One of their newest and my current fave: kzread.info/dash/bejne/pWqWwaiggdG-fJs.html

It was good/okay. Here is the issue - it WASN'T thick enough. For starters, the drumming. Although good, it didn't lay down a heavy beat. He was playing like it was a normal pop song and not a HEAVY metal song. Also, that thick heavy drumming came from a one arm player and that is what makes it so "heavy" and "thick" like I am saying. Guitars - again good, but the difference between a "rocker" playing this song and a "good guitarist" is the good guitarist is going to hit every note, on time, but lacks any style and anxiousness you find, hear, and see if you watch Steve Clark. Anyway - it was still good and vocals were good, but not the best I have seen in a cover.
Not so sure about this one? Guitar 1 plays the wrong chord in the intro and verse. It's E to Emaj7 A to Asus4... not D. Singer is straining and flat through most of it and the guitar tones are thin and too overdriven. It was good but I've heard them do better... IMO.

I wish I had the same ear and knowledge, I am a novice when it comes to this. I still enjoyed it.

@tim7392 I think the fact that you enjoyed it is more important.
