Will it work with iphone 8plus? I have the older lexar version and it will only work up to 32gb fat32 on my 8. The 7 I had before had no issues addressing up to 128gb. Thanks

I want to use my iPad to edit video with Pinnacle and all of these adapters only let you use the files through the app or upload them to the phone. The point is to save storage if you don't want to fill up space IS THERE AN ADAPTER THAT I CAN USE WITH PINNACLE TO RUN MY FILES OFF OF AN SD CARD? THERE HAS TO BE

THAT WOULD BE A GOOD THING TO SEARCH ON GOOGLE. Although I doubt you'll find such a product.

Lets say that ive made a movie in Imovie on my Ipad, and I cant export to photos or anywhere else, because i dont have enough memory. will this thing be a solution? so can i export straight on this reader ? without making a copy?

you want to export the movie from your ipad to this drive? No that won't work. You'll need to export the movie to your computer and then put it on the drive from the computer

It seems the photofast app has a lot of bad reviews! Is it possible to use other apps?

Hello, just came across this video of yours. Been looking for a smaller compact type of micro SD card reader for my iPad Air with lightning port. Do you still recommend this one or is there another one out there I should consider, that is similar in size. I like the compact size ones with no cables or wires. Thank you

Omar Correa Thank You, I noticed the one you reviewed is the CR8800, but when I go to the Gigastone web site it looks like they are only showing the CR8600. It appears that Amazon is offering both right now. Is the other one maybe an updated model? Or should I stick with the CR8800 that you reviewed? Thank you again.

Okay received this device and I’m using this in my iPad Air. My biggest complaint, and I’m not sure it’s working right, but I start out in landscape in the app and it loads my video file list, I click on a video and watch, then click back to my file list and it turns the orientation back to portrait. And stays locked in that orientation. That just seems crazy. Does this sound normal? Does it matter if you plug the device in before you open the app too? Thx

Omar Correa I have yet to find an easy way to save cellphone text messages (including multimedia) without having to email each and every one to myself... I remember when cellphones came with software that would allow you to save the entire text message photos and all! Do you know of an app? If not LIGHT-BULB MOMENT for developers....

Can you use it to store iTunes movie purchases?

+TeamPeople I don't think iTunes will allow you to transfer those videos to a flashdrive, but you should be able to find where the videos are stored on your computer and copy it into the drive and play it that way.

am afraid the usb u got is not the original from apple. if what u get is a fake so the iphone cannot find your phone . if u buy anything from china for iphone . pls must find is there any sign for MFI , wish it help

Yes

It was awesome for a few months and then stop working. It's not worth your money. Use another option. Very dissappointed.
