Ok. This is suppose to be a commentary on the new mix of the song: Winter Solstice.. Well. With all due respect and your considerable patience, I am spinning my opinions in a different direction. This Song: Winter Solstice-The Original Version of Winter Solstice - swept into my life and played like strange haunting searing soundtrack music. The season was Autumn - right on the edge of Winter. Snows and spindrift followed deep into the late shadows of December. The moody skies of the video mirrored the very skies I was living under. Whether with bruisey blues or smokey greys - the air sizzled with this strange song. A song I suddenly happened to find one night out of nowhere - for my sister on the Winter Solstice of 2022. The lyrics odd - peculiar, the ghostly vocals of Mr. Mars, - music and voice so windswept wistful and so reminiscent of the recent rushy seasons of my eerie synchronicities and premonitions. Yeah, I stood lost in the fogs of my own Winter Solstice 2022 and learned my mysterious premonitions were Really True; my sister was/is really dying of cancer. This song. This "Winter Solstice" -- It will "Rain Through Me." Forever. Merci beaucoup. Un grand merci....
