It's going to be a long season for the aging warriors. This game is an indication that the Warriors dynasty is finally over. Older legs can't finish off games. They will be lucky to get the 8th seed in the playoffs.

Both teams are clearly rusty from the offseason. Missing so many shots.

Once again Andrew Wiggins didn’t even attempt to be assertive🤦 And this goes unnoticed because people say “it’s not his role” or “he’s a role player” Without realizing that Curry needs a Small Forward who contributes to both Defense and Offense. Yes Wiggins can do both but he simply doesn’t! All he does is Gets scored on , spaces himself out of the play and passes the ball when he gets it! While KD and Harrison Barnes were a huge part of the offense on the Warriors. Wiggins simply doesn’t even try. Trade him for someone who wants to play 😑😑😑 and maybe the warriors will look like the finals contending team that they are!

All 3 combined to take up $120 million a year salary when they can find cheaper younger players in the draft or free agency. If the warriors make it to the playoffs they will be knocked out early because these older legs have to pick up more intensity in the playoffs.

IT IS JUST THE FIRST GAME, sure. But if they don't address the Ws players' issue as to their Starting 5 or superstars coming off the bench, then it will be a tough season for the team. SC30, CP3, Wiggs, Rocco, Loon against a team with Nurkic, where will the "small ball" go? They've got 2 or 3 6'10" players who will be spending more minutes watching from the bench while opposing teams will have theirs controlling the board or harassing opponents. I said this last season, I'll say it again - Rocco will be a "one-good-game, three-forgettable-ones". DG will be spending more time now with his podcast, even touching issues like what is happening in the ME, than playing. And the new format.

Never play Kuminga at the end of the game. He will miss all his free throws and will lose many games over the course of the season because of it.
