Just getting to watch this now and since I've moved to the Phoenix area, I've really enjoyed it other than when it gets over 110. Also, I've driven by the state capitol, but never went inside either, so it was great to see the capitol building a little bit. In regards to the hotel food, I'd certainly try out some of the really solid restaurants in the valley instead. I would love to do a similar tour of the country when I get older so that I can see all 50 states as well.

I heard or read that japanese really wanted the arizona because of it's large american indian population that they thought had been subjugated, but i have apache blood and pima blood and a member o our pima tribe helped raise the american flag at mt. Sarabachi.

We should have a right to choose if we want to get vaccinated or not. We shouldn't have to be mandated. Maybe make a constitutional right saying we shouldn't have to be mandated to get vaccinated.

I agree with you on the jab. I didn't get one and so far I'm fine, but if people want it then it's their business. Just don't force me to get one or fire people if they'd rather not get one. I actually got really sick with something December of 2019 that now I'm thinking was the C bug.

Sorry to hear you have been vaccinated.. I hope you don't get a bad reaction, like so many have been succumbing to.

"Sorry to hear you have been vaccinated"? I'm pretty sure that the families and loved-ones of the following casualties would beg to differ: My elderly aunt had a "bad reaction" to COVID and succumbed to the disease because the vaccination wasn't available yet. It was made available the week after she died. The 50 yr. old son of my next door neighbor...her caregiver and her only surviving son...had a "bad reaction" to COVID and died within a week because, despite his mother's pleading and begging, he refused the vaccination. And I kid you not, his last words to his mother before going on a respirator and slipping into a coma were "mom, I 'm sorry. I should have listened to you." She was elderly and immunocompromised, so her Dr. talked her into getting vaccinated only a few short weeks before, against her son's wishes. Had she not received the vaccination, she'd probably be dead too. Sadly, she's confessed to me that she still grieves over the loss of her son so much that she sometimes wishes she HAD died when he did. Another acquaintance - a healthy husband and beloved 49 yr old father of three - is still learning how to walk and talk again after barely surviving a year-long, touch and go battle with COVID. Once strong, proud, and able to provide for his family, he's now permanently disabled, and his family has been through hell and back because of his refusal to get vaccinated. He now says he deeply regrets his decision to forego the vaccination. Oh! And let's not forget my good friend's 38 yr. old brother and his 6 year old son. Yeah. That happened. He literally killed himself AND his own son, leaving his surviving kids without a father, and forcing his wife into a life of single parenthood while grieving the loss of her youngest child (with no life insurance) all because Trump convinced him that COVID was no big deal and that mandated vaccinations were a violation of his civil rights. Had his (much smarter) wife not gone behind his back and gotten the vaccination for herself and the other kids, they most likely would have contracted COVID from him as well. Sadly, the CDC hadn't yet come out with a vaccination for younger kids at that time, so the 6 year old was left vulnerable and at the mercy of his selfish and ignorant father. I could go on and on with similar accounts from within my small circle, alone. Call me crazy, but something tells me their odds would have been better had they gotten the vaccination. Conversely, my mother contracted both mumps and polio before those vaccinations were mandated. However, my generation (and my daughter's generation as well) grew up with mandated vaccinations for measles, mumps, rubella, and polio and guess what? We never contracted measles, mumps, rubella, or polio! Funny how that works! Oh!! And about that lady in the wheelchair with the sign that read, "my religion, my body, my choice..." I wish someone would have asked her if she felt the same way about women's reproductive rights and a woman's right to choose. Somehow I doubt it.
