Amazing, he sure knows how to get that verbrato correct. My cockatiel looks a lot like this one and sang some songs. He was really smart and did tricks. He passed in January, 2020. I miss him still. He was my best friend.

It is indeed a male, but not only for the tail. The easiest way to recognise the sex in a normal grey is by the face, males have bright yellow faces, while females have yellow-grey to grey face.

Jayden Coleman tbh, I could tell phoebe was a guy straight away from the vocals it’s Marley all over😂 bright cheeks yellow head the tail barring tho what you was talking about isn’t always 100% accurate my nan was sold a “male” had no tail barring or anything and turns out she’s laid eggs😂 but yeah males are amazing whistlers females seem to make the same noise over and over and over again and take a lot to train
