We got one best pho place here flushing ny. Near the flushing library. It’s been here 10+ yrs. place looks shitty. But the pho and roast duck over rice is GEM.

Growing up in New York I had a obsession with noodle houses all type's. This video is making me want to go home, as a chef I find this very entertaining and respectful to each individual culture it seems natural and unforced, keep it going I'm enjoying every episode.

I like the lowkey pho spots, they be hooking it up. The more modern ones are nicer but they tend to be skimp with the protein and they be kind of pricey. That place look coo though🔥

That was forced upon us by the French; they don't own us nor can they change our culture. And "larb" is a terrible way to spell it because there is no "r" sound so it should really be "laap" or "lop." Just an FYI.
