In jail you don't have criminals. You have electricians, chefs, gardeners, animal whisperers, herbalists, plumbers, stock market analysts, musicians and everything BENEFICIAL to the world. Yes, a small amount are pure evil but the majority are full of potential who made mistakes that lead to imprisonment.

Facts, and yall dont gota cook in the trash bag. When I came from my most recent bid I made my homie what mac called dirty rice. We just call it a mix out here. One of the things that was crazy to see cats make was mafungo. Dudes would make the dough for the burrito outa water, cool ranch chips, grain crackers. Fill it with rice, chili, nacho cheese , summer sausage roll it up. Wed have famn near 7 foot long mafungo rolls. Slice em up for personal burritos, and feed alot ot heads. I ran a store outa my cell. Depending on where your at and how chill the guards are. if you are thorough enough that niggas wont fuck you over, running a store is the way to go. You catch a 150 bag and a 150 care package and you have enough to open the store. Forst week mske aure dud3d pay you back in batteries and whatever else is a controlled item(mesbubg for example you can only buy 1 pack of batteries per person a week). The way the store work is dudes will come " yo leme a few soups" . "Ok I'll do 3 for 5". Throe te man 3, next week on commissary day he owe you 5 soups. Or like I mentioned, "9k I'll do 3 soups for a pack of double A battery. You need to pay attention on bag ssy snd aee whi catches bags regularly an who dont. That way when Johnny no money comes and ask for 5 soups you know to turn that down cuz he ain't never paying back. And you need to be thorough enough that dudes DO pay you back, always and on time. Commissary day at bag time bo later. I didnt mske you wait dint make me wait. But ya, that's my advice to dudes if they goin in. Especially if you not always guna jave money coming in. If you do it right and start off, say the first 2 weeks or first mo th stocking up(gotta catch full bags and as many full care packages, which are bags ppl send you from the outside)then you should be set to keep it rolling without needed to spend money very often.

This is a great video continuing Prodigy's prison food videos he had before he passed. Really good and informative.

I did 5 years in state prison, we had not hot pot. We used ziploc bags to cook in with hot water from the water fountain. lol. You can make some surprisingly good meals with shit you get from the canteen and chow hall. Havent made any of the shit since i been out though, haha. It was good food for being locked up but compared to the streets, the food is trash.

I've been wanting to do something like this to show my friends what I ate in prison and how creative we had to get. I still remember one time when we took the toaster oven that the whole range used into our cell one night cuz we were cooking up some beef jerky.

I spent years up north in NY cooking the same shit. It beat walking a mile to the mess hall for chow. Keep up the good content. I hope your show blows up. I share it as much as I can💯
