Philips Fidelio L3 Review - Premium On the Go Headphones With Flaws
Ғылым және технология
This is my take on the new Fidelio L3 from Philips. These are a premium priced headphones which support aptX, AptX HD, AAC and SBC. These are actually Bluetooth 5.1 and not 5.0 like I said in the video.
These also feature Awareness mode and have Active Noise Cancellation.

Thanks for the review. I will ask you something. I have an Sony xm3. I have a problem with xm3. In the bass, it feels like all the notes are intermingled. Also, although I do eq, the bass is dominant over other sounds. Can these sounds differ in fidelio? What would you say if you are to describe the sound profile of Fidelio l3? (like that mid-weighted, neutral etc.) (I'm sorry for my bad english )
Thank you for the nice review! You mentioned (8:00) there is a noise floor with using the active noise canceling. Could you explain this a little bit more? Does that mean you could hear some hissing or static noises?

Like a slight hiss.
I got digging into the ANC wormhole after my coworker showed up to work with sony XM4s. I found my pair of Philips L3 on ebay for a steal. Open box, but everything was still in the packaging. Im in love with the sound. Playing with a PowerAmp apk on my android to fine tune. Recommend!

How do you feel about the weight of the headphones? They are heavier by a 100 ought grams than other comparable products. Has the weight of them been any bother to you? Besides that I liked your video and covered a lot of details. 👍

Possibly and search for Philips headphones.
These are awesome if you want the best sound quality on a budget, because they can sometimes be found for under 150 bucks right now. I almost bought them, but I found them to be very uncomfortable. Also the software is still terrible. I didn't test ANC and call quality, but those are also very important for me. I decided to wait until now and finally settled for the Sennheiser Momentum 4 which I'm really happy with, even though these also have a couple of software issues right now, but nothing deal-breaking. It's a pity that Philips did such a bad job with the software, because the sound and build quality is just so nice. It could have been a real winner! But it was and still is a very mixed bag...

I just bought these Philips Fidelio L3 on sale brand new for 75 Euro, while the competition you mentioned (Sony XM4) is still sold for 250+ Euro. Maybe when you reviewed them the Philips made little sense as they costed only slightly less than the Sony and Bose, but right now there are better deals on the Philips.

I suppose thats probably why these havnnt had any traction. Its a wireless headphone thats had no support since launch and has an app that doesn't work. Well done Phillips 👏

Why do you ever bother with its app? Samsung Galaxy phones have got EQ in the system but to be honest these play perfectly on flat EQ. Just got them on sale for around £125 and they sound amazing. But the comfort is definitely worse than my Momentum 2.0. For the price I paid they offer absolutely fantastic sound quality, but I wouldn't pay £290 that they used to cost.
@VortexReviews1

I bother with the app as that's the supposed use case and apps usually incorporate firmware updates if there are any. I agree they sound great and the original price like you said is a ripoff.
5 min of non sense. Pls go to the point
total bullshit, worst headphones ever. ANC is not cancelling noise, it is actually creating noise (very unpleasant one). Touch panel on the righ is too sensitive and you cannot disable it completely in the app - after each reboot its back
