Hi mergim the best and great time to visit bacolod is october for the Masskara festival the most vibrant and well known festival in the philippines. Bacolod is the sugar capital of the philippines. The city of smiles. Check out the ruins in bacolod city also mambukal, manami resort and many more do all your research take care.

The sales girl didn't explain it much, but "Leche Flan" is a dessert of egg, sugar, flour. It's like custard. Very common in the Philippines. One of the best in the Philippines.

sorry but no FLOUR.it’s just egg yolk,evaporated milk,condensed milk and sugar for caramel sauce.i think you reffering EGG PIE(need flour)

The Public plaza is used for annual festival called Masskara Festival which each barangay performs in the checkered black and white designed plaza. It is held every November and the last Sunday of the month is the highlight of the festival 😊.
