Coaching. I saw the Bucs blitz the edge numerous times successfully because the eagles had an empty back with no RB protecting Hurts to buy him an extra 2-3 seconds. It’s basic play calling that was lacking for the Eagles. Many coaches will be fired, and I hope no one picks up Brian Johnson for the sake of the league.

Baker quit on his teams. Immature and didn’t prepare. They had to let him go. Can tie up cap space for someone that can’t be a leader on and off the field. Baker has turned it around. Looks like the person worthy of a franchise QB now. Glad to see it

I’m not sure if Baker was a perfect teammate before, but none of his teammates have ever hated on him, just the Browns front office which is infamously bad

As a Jags fan, my hopes were limited. Def surprised by Miami, though. I do wonder what the game would have looked like if they played in Miami.

It’s crazy how the Eagles went from 10-1 before facing the 9ers. To get blown out by them, followed by a 3 game losing streak, beating the giants, losing to the cardinals, then the giants (A team they just beat). And on top of that. Getting crushed by the Bucs in the wild card round.

I really don’t understand why. They still had a lot of the pieces that won them the Super Bowl. With better coaching they’d have been even better.

The 49ers broke the Eagles in Week 13. They've looked like a completely different team since then. But I got massive respect for Jason Kelce. He definitely gave it his all and proved he's still elite. If he retires, I wish him the best. What a legendary career.

I mean, you absolutely miss a fuckton of stuff here. A good play-by-play, edited down version of a game can be shown in like 35-40 minutes quite easily that really does show everything though(including important replays).

I wouldn't say "without missing anything". The official highlights often don't include some cool or pivotal plays. And then you sometimes miss some cool sideline scenes or celebrations. Like 7 minutes into the 4th quarter, there was a quick shot of Baker partially faking that he was drinking from a Gatorade bottle, and tried to squirt a staffer in the face. Lol

Just ask the 2021 Cardinals started out 10-2 won only 1 more game the rest of the season then blowout in LA by the Rams in wildcard.

What a comeback story. At the start people were legit saying Baker Mayfield was going to be out of the league after this season. Now he's got as many playoff wins as Dak Prescott and twice as many as the Browns have had since the 1990s! If this is his ceiling, 4000 yards, 28 TD- 10 INTs, that's good enough to win a SB with- might need a stacked roster do it but he's good enough to build around.

Preseason I remember people in the media laughing that Mayfield's career was over and he was being beaten out by Kyle Trask for the starting job. It's kind of weird that a #1 overall pick would be an underdog story but good for him on getting another playoff win.

There’s no reason to think that’s his ceiling either, he is still young and if the Bucs put a better team around him, they can remain as a playoff contender. I’d just say don’t make the same mistake the Browns did and let him go. Hell, as a Cowboys fan, I’d take him.

Just an outstanding effort by the Buccaneers players and coaches. Tampa Bay did not have a terrific record, but if you watch their games they always gave it everything they had. Congrats on beating a terrific team in the Eagles!

Sean McVay of the Rams was a great help to Bakers turnaround. Even Baker said he helped light a spark for his love of football.

I'm so glad that all the Browns fans in the comments are happy to see Baker doing well and sad that the team trashed him so soon. I'm a Bills fan but I always loved watching Baker play and I was really disappointed when he couldn't find traction on any team. Super glad he's found his spot and a team and coaching staff that will support him and believe in him. I certainly wouldn't mind a Bills-Bucs Super Bowl.

As a niners fan I'm really happy for Baker Mayfield and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Buccaneers just dominated the eagles tonight and one of my favorite plays of tonight was that safety that sacked Jalen in the endzone for an extra 2 points. The Buccaneers defense did such a solid job tonight against the eagles offense, the Buccaneers offense was a slow start at first but then took off later on in the game. Congrats on the Buccaneers for advancing to the next round vs the Lions in the divisional rounds next weekend. I also take back what I said about Baker a few months ago I thought Baker wasn't good at all but man Baker proved me wrong for sure. Good luck against the Lions, Buccaneers and next weekend will be fun to watch indeed.

There’s something so poetic about the bucs stopping the eagles brotherly shove in the playoff game and just dominating the eagles. Really shows how much the eagles messed up this season by just relying on their strengths and not becoming more versatile and adapting to when their strengths fail.

Jalen didn't look like he cared at all, I mean the whole team did, but I'm sorry as a fan, I never liked the idea of making him our starter. Wentz didn't make it easy for the organization, but they should have kept looking for a quarterback even after that whole mess.
