I invest overseas block in 2020 @ 45 lac booking. I paid all installments and get discount. Last installment I paid on Dec 2023. Total paid with discount 38 lac but believe me if I sell it less then 58 lac I will be in loss. If you compare USD rate with my each installment payment date. So conclusion is that Don't be fool with any investment in real estate.

You should have opt for priority possession, by paying before Oct 2022. Now you have to wait for at least 2 years before you get possession of your plot.
