80 lak is plot price , and 80 lak max construction cost . .... 10 lak profit . Max price should be 170 lak .

For Gods Sake!!! The land is 80lacs building cost 70-80lacs ...realistically its worth 160-170lac....Demand is 220lacs if fully paid or 250lacs if you pay advance 50lacs and remsinder 200lacs over4/5 year instalments
