You should use an overrange kit. It gives more travel/gearing AND has a straight rear poulie spline. Stock splines are curved. A big flaw on minarelli engines. If you want to improve your gas response. You could ad a light weight ignition (innerrotor). If you want to go all out. Convertible to a liquid cooled cilinder. It's pretty easy to do on minarelli and the F12 Phantom frame.

I put a new polini variator and springs on my horizontal minarellli and new belt but noticed the gash rear pulley fitment watching this I'm gonna put the old belt on and go from there. Love the content brother 🙌

Love your Phantom. I also have a Piaggio Zip 2 with a 70ccm Malossi sport zylinder qnd malossi drivetrain and polini belt dellorto 21 black carb and the same yasuni exhaust ist runs great top speed and longer gear it runs 110kmh and just wheelies for days.

cvt tuning is like chasing a dream, it'll never be perfect, but you're definitely tackling it the right way. On your NCY rear sheave, are you using the more horizontal angled slots? If not, that may help too. I used the more vertical slots and it just shifted way too fast.

It can be perfect if you know how to tune it , i can road tune CVT with a RPM and dyno logs of google that i can find online, i can share a graph by a road tune with RPM by myself , its a big learning curve to understand CVT tho its not slap some rollers in and springs and off we go it does need further tweaking and tuning for sure!

I own a Gilera Stalker and they are beasts when it comes to tuning in which someone got their Gilera Stalker up to 72 mph at half gas. You can really fit a 172cc on a Gilera stalker. But anyways if that’s completely 100% impossible in America. Then I would just say it’s worth looking them up online

I own one as well best one for me and i have owned a lot 😅 it’s really simple its comfi and looks just amazing 😍 my is going 95 km/h on the stock 50cc with a 17 mm carb set up i had to change the stock 12,5 carb that was a no go🤷🏼‍♂️😂 now just trying out some other stuff like a clutch an stuff and see what is Posibel 😈

@@mitcheljonkman5139 that doesnt Sound right. Here in denmark the smallest carb you Can buy for Gilera stalker is 17.5 . It Also lists on the part on the website i buy it on says standard

I would change out the final gears in the transmission. And your revs will go down. Made a huge difference for me

I’m budding an F12 too. I’ll go full stage6 overrange,Sport MK2 70cc,S6 Sport Pro exhaust, italkit ignition and HPC Crank. I expect 15Horses running a 21mm Carb PWK. If you start an f12 with a little power, plan converting to liquid cooled 😉

@@ACE-xr4jz Don't go for a sport pro exhaust, its an okay exhaust but still too small for water cooled sport pro, go for a Carrera 16 instead, it will have much more power. And 15 horses? It will never make that much with that kit. Stage6 racing mk2 and Carrera 21 exhaust with a 24-26 carb will make about 15-18 hp. Sport pro wont make more than 13 :)

What’s up braddah🤙 so I’m having that problem you had with this bike. So I have an elite 72 corsa ported 28mm oko 70 pilot 140 main and a windjammer pipe stage 6 clutch medium springs almost maxed out, 2000 contra 5.5 rollers all around. Take of is cherry my bike wants to lift up the front but when I hold it at WOT for a lil while let go then get back on it it’s super super boggy for a long time. like no power it’s doesn’t sputter. or pop like it’s lean. I’m lost🤣 any advice would be appreciated🤙

Most stock minarelli AC horizontal comes with 1:13 , the LC version is 1:12 . And yes if you go 70cc kit with c16 . 15-42 secundair gear is really good ! 1:11 ✅

Anybody run their cvt without the cover? I’ve heard it decreases the structural rigidity of the case. But man it helps making tuning the cvt easier

i have had best luck with 751x16,5x30 belt

You need to try a Yamaha slider and do whellies on it
