Your video is informative but little bit misleading. The fact is Amul dairy is based on Buffalo's milk and not Cow's milk. In India, the cow's milk has yellow tinge in it, while Buffalo's milk is pure white and has more fat. This kind of buffalo's milk is more suitable for dairy product for making butter, ghee and ice cream. Your thumbnail and the video are showing the picture of some foreign cows which is not good.

Samir ji State govt Dairies purchase raw milk form farmers as per quality of milk (fat contents) then filters &processed by 2 methods 1-Homogenization 2 - pasturization in 1st process milk is passed through high pressure bombardment to break cream particles .&then in 2nd process milk is heated up to 70-80•C to kill bacteria then suddenly cooled to app.2-4°C & supplied in packaging or loose as in Delhi (token milk). In winter companies have planty of milk so they extract butter then rest milk with no fat is dried to get powder &stored so in summer both butter & dried powder is mixed with water in a ratio to form milk Milk has Fat &SNF ( SOLID NOT FAT vit )& is catogorised as Full cream - 6% Fat Standard milk -4.5 % fat Tonned milk -3 % Fat Double tonned-1.5%fat Skimmed milk less then 0.5%fat Rest all milk have 9%SNF, rate varies only due to FAT In it All milk powder available in mkt of any company is basically made by this process are skimmed milk even for infants .I hope it is clear to ur quary

Sahi kaha.. usmei bhi desi cow and baki sab cows hoti he sab ka milk mix hota he.. that is not good.. video me hi dikh raha he ki mostly cows HF cows thi.. jiska dudh peene se cancer hota he.. dudh peena ho to desi gayo ka dudh piyo.. search kro uske bare me sab pata chalne lagega..

अमुल पनीर की composition is "PROTEIN - 18%, Fats.-- 20 %, Rest is only HUGE AMOUNT of WATER - 52%: IF this paneer kept at room temperature one can easily SQUEEZE 52% WATER FROM IT. It is sold @ Rs. 330 - 350 per 200 gm/1Kg. IEvery year price of milk and its products enhanced TWICE, making it out of reach of an ordinary citizen. Even in lock down era when it is reported that milk producers are throwing their milk in drains prices have not been reduced.

My personal experience--Amul pure ghee using past 2years is 👍 But don't buy ghee manufactured by porbandar district becaz it seems to be mixed of dalda(vanaspati) ghee (white colour)

सीधा-सीधा काहे नहीं बोलते हो पहले क्रीम निकालते हैं फिर बाद में चाइनीज पाउडर मिलाकर के दूध पैकेट में बनाते हैं यही कारण है ना दूध में मलाई होती है ना दूध में घी कंपनी प्रॉफिट कमाता है और किसान झक मारता है यही कड़वा सच है

Detergent is basic in nature and the milk is slightly acidic so if any body tries to mix detergent ,the neutralisation reaction occurs and the milk will churned out .....so it's impossible to mix detergent .....👍

Sir amul is started from anand district of Gujarat not form Banaskantha and in1969 in anand tribhuvandas patel started this sahakari mandali dairy limited after that the famous name dr Varghese Kurien started joining in amul he was the man who makes a lot of efforts to come amul dairy at world level and at first he was told by his mama that come and join in the factory of mine but he denied this after telling that I have to become self confident to do work I don't need any this type of support he was very kindly man once he sees at worker that he was drinking a milk from that container so first he smiles and then tomorrow he announced that all workers are given half litre milk at free of cost
