Also 3 mo medicine include 2mo Medicine, 15d Psych 15day Derma. I just had registration with the council and this is accepted norms for doctors from our country

So after the completion of my respective one year internship can I directly register myself and acquire the eligibility according to the medical council of Ireland? And what is further required to be done in order to start working in Ireland?

As you know most of the students do their internship(that is part of our DEGREE) in their hometown(PAkistan) and as my university is in List A after that now we are even allowed to do housejob ..and after that we have to appear for NLE exam to get permanent licesne. My question is that including my internship + Housejob it will be two year experience... so still i have to pass NLE and get permanent licesne or directly using my housejob certificate ..can i apply through 2nd pathway?

There's no fee for a training job, you get a salary as an SHO, registrar or whatever. That's true in both the UK and Ireland, BUT you have to pay the Royal Colleges or the Irish Colleges for their exams. Both the UK and Ireland also have full-time degree courses, for which you have to pay A LOT, but they are not a substitute for doing the training and getting membership/fellowship. These degrees courses will help you study for the real exams, as will cheaper short courses. Most locals don't take THESE masters degrees. These countries also have MD, MS, etc, which are more like PhD and are taken by a small minority who want to be academics. If you want to become a professor it's almost mandatory to have one of these or a PhD. These MDs etc usually involve part-time research by a senior trainee or full-time research fellow. They are not like an Indian MD: there is no teaching or training. Having said that, there are some fields where it is common to do an MSc, such as Clinical Genetics. If you study or train in Ireland or the UK you can take the exams in the other country as well. Before the Royal College exams were integrated, it was possible to have four MRCPs or FRCSs: that was a waste of effort which should have gone into research and publications.

Hi...Is it compulsory to join those colleges for MRCP preparation? What if you already have enough knowledge to pass exam. Can we skip going to Colleges. Kindly tell. Thank you in advance.

You must have EU Permanent residency as well have at least some years of experience in EU country as a doctor then you can apply for Swiss. There is no way to get direct position as a doctor in Switzerland for third country doctors . Lastly C1 German, French and Italian is mandatory.
