Very nice MOC with a lot of lights, effects and sound. For all larger city vehicles it is possible to put the PFx Brick and speaker inside. Power Supply outside and the PF cable comes from bottom. I love to play with the different effect modes to get various types of signals out. Simply load the sound you want into the brick and you have your local type of ambulance/police car/fire truck.

I don't know where you can find the moc, however just by looking at it, it is minifig scale.
