Wow great fight the lady's always bring it! To me it looked like Lundon was turning the tide, then got knocked out by a up kick and fell into the choke. She is young and has huge potential get her back in there with another striker Peak! New fan of Lundon who is a warrior look forward to seeing her back in there soon! Congrats to Shanna!

Female Commentator sounds like a fan yelling stop the fight when the majority of the hammerfist were hitting the guard, and when she threw a lead leg kick to body yelling "Shanna with the headkick"

I agree with a few other posters that Shanna did an illegal upkick, which probably led to the win. But with bad lighting and a sleeping referee, shit happens.

I know it’s just splitting hairs, but since one of Lundon’s knees was still touching the floor when she was nailed with the upkick, is the strike not supposed to be considered kicking a “downed” opponent? Just asking because I’ve seen this call go the other way when it was slightly more obvious, but in either case it was fortunate for Shanna that Lundon had just transitioned to a partial standing position right as the kick landed and the fact that the tap came with one second remaining when it looked like Lundon had the chin dropped into the inner elbow defending the choke was just unfortunate for Lundon who must have tapped out due to being in a hopeless position. Regardless, great fight by both combatants!!!

No I 100% agree...that seemed to be an illegal up kick. If not for that she may not have been able to take her back thus unable to get the choke. Im gonna have to watch a replay to be certain but again..good eye! In fact after watching several times her left knee was down and that double up kick knocked her almost completely unconscious as you can see her face in the mat....i think she definitely has a case for an overturn...imo

Bad upkick. Knee was down but ref missed. She was full out after that kick so the choke was an easy finish. Moot point as red corner was winning anyway but the kick was illegal.
