  If DeathRage made weight, it’s 100% fair. If Helton wants to cut down to 105 she can do that. Where Jenna had a power advantage Helton definitely had the height and reach advantage. This was a very fair fight.

  MMA trainers are incompetent, when it comes to explosiveness. When your opponent takes you down.. you need to MOVE like greased lightning, or like there's a bee in your shorts. Even the top level fighters in the world, don't EXPLODE out of a takedown, like they need to.
