The Public Official swore an oath to the Republic and he should be held accountable and forced to divulge in the interest of his employers ie. the taxpayer. Saying they cant divulge information to the public should be a form of treason as it is the taxpayer and the national assets of the republic that are being stolen under his watch!

South Africa has refineries. They even mention one in Mossel Bay in this documentary. Do your research. Sasol always had a refinery decades ago.

At least an "outsider" would do a better cleanup job to actually prove a point and a new broom can sweep cleaner for some time.
