The money raised by The Big Night In will be split between Comic Relief and Children in Need and will go on to support local charities and projects in the UK, so they can continue to provide vital emergency support. There will be more demand than ever for support from local charities. This includes making sure people are safe from harm, mentally healthy and with access to food, warmth and shelter; as well as helping people stay connected, active and positive through these extraordinary times.
Fifteen years on from its release, Peter Kay brings back 'On The Road to Amarillo'.
Comic Relief and Children in Need join forces for the first time to deliver a very special night of television during these unprecedented times. The Big Night In brings the nation an evening of unforgettable entertainment in a way we've never seen before. More importantly, it will also raise money for and pay tribute to those on the front line fighting Covid-19 and all the unsung heroes going that extra mile to support their communities.
Together (but safely distanced), Comic Relief legend Lenny Henry and Children in Need's Matt Baker will join forces with Zoe Ball and Paddy McGuinness to host a night of comedy, music and live entertainment from the studio, linking up with a multitude of stars from their houses for an unmissable night. The show will give viewers the opportunity to donate, for those who feel able to do so, to help support vulnerable people of all ages and backgrounds across the UK who will be significantly impacted by the crisis.

Peter is such an inspirational man and has clearly had a horrible time the last couple of years. I wouldn't want to speculate what has happened to him but I think it's quite obvious. I just desperately want to see him back on stage where he belongs. Not for my own satisfaction, but because I think that's where he feels his best because he's putting so many smiles on faces. It really touched me seeing him like that tonight, put a tear in my eye. I think he's fantastic and wish him a successful recovery from whatever he is going through.

Seymour Crack why are you being a dick? We’re well aware it’s a remake. Do you not think it’s a good idea to try give “ordinary” folk a second or two in the limelight? It’s a “rehash” for a reason...or do you think the Deep State created Corona so Peter Kay could remove Jimmy Savile from this vid?
