He held on to his looks! He never looked as old as he was! In credible actor!

Honestly, I think the year is wrong. It says 1979, but it looks more like 1971, when Peter first started on Days. He is saying he is NOT yet been under contract here, but Peter was under contract from 1972 thru 1978. He did go back to being a recurring role in 1979, but he also said he'd just done a Mission Impossible, and Peter was only ever on that show in 1971, playing a character named Johnny Brown in the episode "Blind." And Mission Impossible was off the air by 1973, so the chances this interview took place in 1979 is itself "impossible. 😅 He is even wearing a peace sign and she used the word "groovy" which is still very leftover from the late 1960s, and '71 is closer to the late '60s while '79 was much closer to the 80s in style. Her hairdo would have been very dated by 1979 as well. No way is this 1979, it must be 1971, the only year any of what Peter is saying makes sense.

I recently saw a rerun of Peter Brown's guest starring role on Hawaiian Eye, and he was excellent!

Correct. He was a totally different man with the same name "Peter Brown." This Peter Brown was an actor, while that one was a recording artist, composer, and producer.

1971, NOT 1979. He said he'd just done a Mission Impossible episode, and he was only ever on it in '71. Mission Impossible wasnt even on the air anymore in '79. Peter said he's NEW to days here, only three months into it, and he started on Days on '71.
