Ashwagandha isn't all rainbows and sunshine. Some people taking it for a while start to get close to suicidal, apathetic etc. If you take it you might not give a fuck about anything after a while and that's a lot worse than it sounds. Suggesting it so strongly is really weird. Also, if you're going to talk about taking vitamin D you might want to get into the D3/K2 ratios and shit rather than just suggesting them to people so people don't calcify their shit. My suggestion? I’m so tired of hearing this nonsense. There’s been decades of genetic modification to the food we eat, both meat and produce. The nutrition content of anything today is different from 60 years ago. Supplementation is almost necessary at this point unless you eat a ridiculously well rounded diet of ACTUAL organic food which most cannot afford. Sleep quality is impacted for example because so many of us don’t even get certain nutrients that contribute to endogenous melatonin production and various other substances that help with sleep. Food quality is arguably frickin horrible in this day and age. Move to Europe? It’d be a different story. But America wants no one healthy. We used to get naturally occurring cannibinoids in milk because they were in grass and cows passed it on in their milk. Now they’ve removed it from the grass and they sell it back to us as CBD products. Supplements are very good. Stop preaching this bullshit like if people can’t benefit from taking supps.

Studies show it's great for brain health and repair. I've also been abused by others and the part of the brain that gets damaged due to abuse is the same area of the brain CoQ10 helps heal. There are different forms of CoQ10 and I am taking the more efficacious type Ubiquinol.
