Good host, great interview. I think he was able to calmly listen, ask the right questions, and draw out Pete's very sensitive side here. RIP beautiful one.

Totally agree - Pete was a dear friend of mine, and its lovely seeing this soft honest (funny) side of him in an interview, the interviewer has the right manner to engage Pete - so nice to see this

he was very honest. Just being himself was a show. very sadly missed

I thought the interview should have went on for longer, I was very intrigued! He is a very nice guy, misunderstood by alot of people!

I like how he's always so forthright, that's not very common nowadays. This was a very interesting interview. He is what I immediately sensed the first time I heard and saw him; a mad genius with a powerhouse voice.

In the time since this was broadcast, Michael Jackson died Ireland became the first country to vote for the legalisation of gay marriage And of course, Pete sadly passed away.

This was an excellent interview. A very rare look at Pete being down to earth. Love it!

That guy is an awesome interviewer. Pete was so relaxed and calm throughout.

What a great, natural and relaxed interviewer, I've never seen him before, but he's just the right type of person to bring out the best in Pete, who is an enthralling subject, a contradiction in terms, he can be witheringly acid tongued but vunerable and heartfelt at the same time. I think it's one of the best interviews of any celebrity I've ever seen, of course Pete makes it so as he's very Merseyside, as a fellow weird and proud Wirralian, I can empathise with some of what he's experienced and his character.

He told him at the end "good luck in happiness or whatever you're up to", then was dismissive with him when Pete was trying to speak a bit about his oncoming marriage. A bit rude if you ask me

Very intelligent/smart guy.

My favorite look of Pete is in 1989 in his concert Disco In Dream. But he does look lovely here.

Sabinal that was in 2003, when he was married to Lynne. He divorced her and remarried to Michael Simpson in 2006. This is was in 2007

Its all just a hustle.

What a horrible interviewer. That wasn't a conversation, that was an interrogation. The interviewer just didn't connect.

Pete Burns needs his 'Educator' to give him some simple, but important geography lessons...He keeps referring to Ireland as England.

The interviewer was kinda nasty to Pete at the end, a bit dismissive

He knew there was Absolutely nothing wrong with his Face, he just got tired of it. Really sad that he made the very wrong decision of going through all the Pain of Surgery. He would have looked great still with his old look from the 80s.

He comes across as a precious prima donna. He decides to go on Big Brother, and is 'suprised' that he became a household name!?!?
