I remember when it first hit the charts some 35 years ago in 1987. Every week, I would listen to America's Top 40 with Casey Kasem eagerly to hear how high it had jumped up the charts. It was easily my most favorite song in the US Top 10, and I was so disappointed when it didn't score the coveted No.1 position. These two "new" guys took an old Elvis song and gave it a fantastic makeover, so much so, that's it became the best cover rendition of any song ever. It's so addictive that it never gets old. Still listening in 2022! 💯💥👏

This was out at the time I met my husband Gareth. Together for 34yrs. I lost him in 2020 to cancer at 58yrs old. This song takes me back there. Love you Gar- miss you love. ❤❤

I'm 27 (getting old hah) but most of my favorites are from this Era of music. Especially synth stuff like PSB and New Order. There's still good stuff being made now but I feel like it's so so rare. Needle in a haystack lol.
