This dish looks different and it is not called rasam where I come from. It another version of parappu curry. Any type of rasam will have the same ingredients except differential flavours like garlic or parappu etc

Nice but this is not rasam this is pulusu we use only dhal water and we won't use onion in authentic rasam

Nice dish but it's neither Andhra or authentic.

The dal has been getting cooked & post that it has boiling for a very long time. All the health benefits will be lost if it is cooked for such a long time
