Because you may not have tried pes 17, 18,... 23. Pes 13 sucks too much. I used to love it too, but it's really not a good version

I have great memories of this series as a teenager. ISS pro 98 and Iss pro Evo got me hooked. On Ps2, PES 3 was my favourite for years, until PS3 came out, and I eventually crossed over to the dark side and went with Fifa after PES 13. But PES will always be in my memory as a fantastic soccer game

I've been playing PES since the PS2 days, and I'd say that PES 2020 is one of the best in the series (perhaps even more memorable than PES 2013 for me). It also happens to be somewhat the last in the series (since 2021 is just a season update), so it will always have a special place for me. I spent hundreds of hours with this game during the 2020 quarantine.

We all agree that pes 13 is the best

PES6 is the best. It's not as flashy and sophisticated as the latter games, but it's the most enjoyable one. I still have it on my PC and play it time over time.

ah that was an amazing watch through the glory years, brought back some great memories. I've been playing PES since the start. The fluidity and gameplay peaked around PES 3 to PES 5, after that you can see it get progressively worse. I stopped buying them due to constant disappointment around 2014 and the last one I bought was 2021. It's crazy to see the game play and static movement get worse over time rather than better. Gameplay should come first not quality of graphics, which is unfortunately what happens.

Agreed PES6 (and PES4 and 5 before) have something magical about them that is absent in the following years. They have more of an arcade feeling also since you can score beautiful goals from far too.

I miss the old ISS pro commentary. “And its off his boot!” “That boys got a steel head!” “Its a fight for aerial domination” “GOAL GOAL GO GO GOAL, by midfielder”

@@admontblanc Sí, yo recuerdo que si querías jugabilidad, era la mejor opción. Luego estaban los FIFA, con grandes intros, diseños de pantallas de menú, licencias, etc. hasta que llegabas a lo que es jugar el partido en sí, momento ben el que echabas de menos el Pro Evolution 😁🙉
