Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Fishy Friends! I just got back from my holiday in Peru and I cooked, tasted and learned about so many fantastic Peruvian dishes! So today I am going to cook my twist on a Peruvian causa with shrimp. A causa is a really versatile potato dish which makes for a great meal or starter, and it is really populair around the coastal areas of Peru!
What is your favourite Peruvian dish? Let me know! Enjoy.

We need a worldly chef type person like Bart who's not just about fish, too.

I take that as a compliment!
Simple. Easy. Delicious.
OMG. This is the 1st time I started to drool over a video, ever. Fantastic recipe, more than fantastic presentation!!! Thanks
Where I come from in Puerto Rico "amarillos" are fried plantains they're delicious basically my favorite way to eat plantains.
Superb...thanks Bart :)

Really like your version! When I visited Peru, my absolute favorit dish was Ceviche with red snapper and a freshly cooked sweet potato with it. On a warm summer day it was just great! Of course with some Pisco Sour :) I enjoy your international sea food dishes very much! Maybe some more japanese recipes? Greetings!

Ceviche
each dish looks easy to make then combined looks mouth-watering. I think that orange paste could add flavor to alot of dishes. Thank you for sharing and all your hard work. Welcome back from holiday and I'll see you next Fishy
The flavours, tastes and textures look really good!
Thank you for helping make seafood more accessible. This dish looks lovely. I can imagine all sorts of options to take this in different directions...like using coconut cream instead of mayonnaise, or adding grated ginger, and rice instead of potatoes.
easy and yummy.. the serving way is amazing.. love your recipes.. keep going
Lovely dish Bart! Full of colors & flavor! wonderful! TFS :D
Looks and sounds wonderful, i don't know much about Peruvian food, looks like i'm missing some great flavours. Thank You Bart.

yes you are man!, go asap to a peruvian restaurant and ask for a ceviche (fish dish), lomo saltado (peruvian style seasoned beef with fries, best peruvian dish imo) and also if you can find them go with the stews, they are great!

***** Thank You, sounds fantastic, love a good stew.
Happy Friday!
Love your vids. Always get some really original recipes. And stuff I've never seen or heard of before. Also love the knives man. What make are they?
Ooooohhh! Amarillo is fantastic, I had my first at Ceviche. I need to get amarillo to Sweden soon. the bottles of Martin Morales' sauce isn't enough. Maybe my farmer friends can grow them... Brilliant recipe, as always!
Funny how dutch/german people say salsa cRRRRiola and amaRRRillo

I blanched them, took out the seeds and took off the skin and then blended them!

a good way to do it is also to quickly bake them in a pan and to then blend them. It will release way more flavour!
