It’s a pretty decent light! I used mine the other day to help jump someone’s battery. I never thought about lubricating the clip!

One cool feature is the temporary moonlight when the light is locked out. Great for a quick check in the dark. Good light to grab on sale.

I've really been enjoying it actually. I didn't even realize that it had temporary moonlight when it is in lockout. That is pretty awesome!

The neutral white Olight Perun 2 Mini is one of my favorite lights. I actually have the green neutral white version clipped to my shirt pocket as I type this. I see you had the CW version. I far prefer the neutral white version, but glad Dan generously sent you one to try, and that you like the light. It will be much brighter if you charge it up so you can try turbo. When it was on amber, I used it on high the other night and ran it down to red. I left in on moonlight, for several hours, which at 2 lumens provides enough light for many tasks and it still had not started blinking red. So it was good to know that if I ran it down to red I would still have light for some time if I was careful. Since it is short it is very stable when one plops it down on its tail and aims it for a light at night. Although the beam is not as even as with the beaded Nova or Perun Mini, the 2 makes a better EDC with a bit more carry to the light, allows one to leave the clip on with its headband*, and one can see further at lower settings to conserve the relatively small battery. {*Yes I know the Perun system will allow that if you have the velcro patch.] The headband white design portions are reflective--you just need to hold the light up close to your eyes when you aim it at the band, in lower light to see them reflect. Put the headlamp on and go out at night to see how that close to your eye angle works, and find out how many wolf spiders are in the grass you are walking over, say when you take out the trash. LOL. Their eyes will give off a bluish reflection. Just a fantastic little marvel of a light that is comfortable to wear.

I have been very impressed with this light! I am generally more of a WW/NW temperature on my lights, but I don't think that I mind it on the headlamp. Whenever I put on a headlamp, I generally want it as bright as possible. CW handles that for me. I have charged it up since the video and have played with it a little more. The turbo on this light is definitely excellent and I have had great battery life with this little guy. You are definitely right. This is just a fantastic little light and I knew about it but had no idea that I would get as much use out of it as I have gotten in the short time I've had it. Definitely one of the best headlamps on the market. Hands down.

I have several CW and one NW. Love wearing them when I need light inside and my hands free. Wouldn't wear them outside because of bugs unless it's under 40 degrees which is almost never here.

I didn't even think of that, but now it's in my head and it's a funny image. I just imagine standing there with the headlamp on full blast and all the moths stuck to my face. 😂

I like it , I don't need the red either but if olight puts it on the Arkfeld I will just have to get it for sure . 😂😂🐊🏴‍☠️

Red can be useful if you are having trouble with the headlamp attracting bugs. It is also bright enough for me to see by. I do wish they had a medium red mode for increased battery life and when you want less light for night vision or stealth (even if one's need is just to avoid waking someone up).

hey brother i was going to watch your video last night but i was to tierd i go to bed early but yeah cant wait to watch this video i love flashlights to much lol i wake up watching flashlight review and i go to bed watching flashlight reviews lol and guess what i just bought the wurkkos TD01 like 2 day ago so i cant wait till it gets here but yeah i rip those companies off all the time by lying and saying theres something wrong with them like the lumen output lol even tho most of the time they do lie about the output like the wurkkos TD01 so yeah im going to ask for like a 10 dollar refund just because of that and it has artifact as well in the beam so i will be getting atleast a 10 dollar refund if not more lol but yeah god bless brother ill ttyl also i got 3 wurkkos TS10 for the price of 1 lol

I'm totally the same way. I'm so bad about buying flashlights just because I want them. Like throwers and LEPs. Absolutely, positively, ZERO use for them in my day to day, but I gotta have them! 😂😂
