100% agree with you. Most of the people in Australia are suffering from anger issues and depression like problems. Sometime we need to handle the situation. I am not saying that not to aware from your own safety but we also need to understand other people from the situation they are suffering from. To become a good customer service representer.sometimes, we need to assume ourself on the customer side.

I am telling you from ten years taxi driving experience: it is good to stick up for yourself as it really helps with your self-esteem, please find the balance, you need to know when to stop further escalation, as somtimes, only a single more word put your physical safety at risk. Once they out of your Cab, drive off, somtimes more talking at them means, you are provoking them more, and it ends in an assualt. Lastly, I have seen your newer videos, mentioning racisim; in both videos there was a communication problem, not necessarily that you don't know english, but clearly, understanding of cultural context was missing.There is a need of knowing how to find expressions to pass on the same meaning, which we know from our culture; and I can assure you that you can find same meanings in Australian, all you have to do is, find the right expression - which might be completely different words, altogether. I really see myself in you, what I was 15 years ago, and to some extent still am. Good luck bro.

I can understand your frustration dealing with different type of characters in life. When I was made aware of aboriginal people for the first time I was also confused and paranoid with so much importance they give to the indigenous community. I always like to go to the roots of the issue or problem we are facing. We have to face different types of racism, bullying or ideologies. It is present thanks to the Australian Government which is puppet of America and doesn't know what do with people. We students take up odd jobs to pay rent and other expenses but it is surprising to know Australia ranks really low in literacy rate, school dropouts, overall standard of living and etiquettes/manners. The government wants the people to remain dumb, stupid and idiots by paying good hourly wage in return for high tax. Successful people contribute to change the system, but govt doesn't want such bunch of people. Most of the people are in high ranks through referrals and recommendations. I don't think they know how to work their way up the ladder. I will go back to Hong Kong where I was born and raised up. Australia in a nutshell is inflated balloon that might burst anytime. I really don't see value in anything. The only reason I am here is to enjoy some large living space and clean air. If you want to change something, you need to be in power. I won't remain a common man for long, I will enter politics sooner or later. People ain't savage, but I am. People just mind their own life but I mind the system's decision making thoughts. Too many undeserving people in government who don't have audacity to even be governing. We need powerful, challenging and risk taking government. People are just reflection of the government. #Idiocracy
