If your going to release blowies, the least you can do is give it a boot on the way out.

how do you stop the berley just flying out of the cage when it hits the water?

I am amazed at this, i have lived in Australia for over forty years and actually asked the question weather herring are available in our waters, the reason i asked is because having been born in the U.K. i recall that as children my mother use to by herring roe, but after forty years have not seen ANY herring roe on sale here, neither fresh herring roe or tinned herring roe. I am aware that John West sell it in the U.K. and Europe but for some reason do not sell it in Australia i would like to know if its banned or something, as i have asked retailers to buy it in but never see any. In fact, the choice of fish in general is a very small percentage of the different available when it comes to tetailers, and i do men small, i would like to know why this is the case.?????

how heavy is your sinker or lure?

You only need a small sinker. Same with lures.
