This video explores the personalized learning model in detail for classroom teachers and other professionals in the education field. Personalized learning is first described in terms of it's benefits. The video gives reasons why educators should consider utilizing a personalized learning model in their classroom. Continuing is a step by step outline on how a classroom teacher can incorporate the model into their instruction and pedagogy. Each step is carefully explained. Next, the model is looked at from the perspective of the learner, which is a new way of describing a student. You have amazing videos and clearly do a lot of research for your videos! You should add some of that research to the description.
I am a believer of progressive curricula and this learning/teaching approach would optimize the use of the curricula. However, I am conflicted regarding giving standardized tests; are we not restricting a democratic and creative inquiry for the sake of meeting or reaching a standard?
The information is good, but the changing cursor items are so distracting. The zipper pull and sewing machine presser foot are the worst.
